　　眼下正是畢業(yè)生求職的旺季，要求職，簡(jiǎn)歷是不可少的。然而，許多求職者對(duì)待簡(jiǎn)歷的態(tài)度卻著實(shí)的讓招聘方頭疼。某公司的招聘人員孫先生認(rèn)為，現(xiàn)在的求職者尤其是應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生過(guò)度為個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷“注水”，導(dǎo)致求職簡(jiǎn)歷里虛假的成分太多，這樣往往容易陷入求職的誤區(qū)。

　　幾分鐘做好一份簡(jiǎn)歷

　　“我具有很強(qiáng)的敬業(yè)精神，能熟練使用計(jì)算機(jī)和OFFICE辦公軟件，既有獨(dú)立工作能力，又極富團(tuán)隊(duì)精神，同時(shí)具有良好的職業(yè)道德和職業(yè)操守。富有進(jìn)取心，無(wú)論是在工作中還是利用業(yè)余時(shí)間都能夠不斷地充實(shí)自己，逐步提升自己的知識(shí)層面和工作能力。”這是一份簡(jiǎn)歷上的自我評(píng)價(jià)，記者調(diào)查后發(fā)現(xiàn)，大概70%的求職簡(jiǎn)歷上自我評(píng)價(jià)這一部分都是大同小異。

　　難道是大家都“心有靈犀”?27日，一位從泰安過(guò)來(lái)參加招聘會(huì)的劉同學(xué)向記者介紹了他做簡(jiǎn)歷的方法。原來(lái)，這些“相似”的簡(jiǎn)歷有的是使用了高校復(fù)印店里提供的簡(jiǎn)歷模版完成的，而更多的是從求職網(wǎng)站下載的。

　　記者登陸了一個(gè)名為“寫作范文論文網(wǎng)”的網(wǎng)站，果然在首頁(yè)的“寫作模版”里面找到了應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生求職的簡(jiǎn)歷模版。該模版分為4個(gè)部分，除了個(gè)人基本資料之外，還安排了一套豐富的社會(huì)實(shí)踐及實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷，以及十分貼切的自我評(píng)價(jià)，還附帶有英文簡(jiǎn)歷。求職者要做的只是根據(jù)這個(gè)模版，結(jié)合自己的學(xué)習(xí)情況做一下微調(diào)即可，整個(gè)過(guò)程不會(huì)超過(guò)5分鐘。

　　對(duì)此，一些招聘單位也表達(dá)了他們的不滿：“說(shuō)實(shí)話，有時(shí)候看這種簡(jiǎn)歷真的沒(méi)什么意思，大家的情況基本都一樣。由此可以看出這些求職者沒(méi)有用心來(lái)對(duì)待招聘，這是一種敷衍，對(duì)我們招聘單位不負(fù)責(zé)，對(duì)他們自己也不負(fù)責(zé)。”

　　每個(gè)人的經(jīng)歷都很輝煌

　　一些畢業(yè)生不把簡(jiǎn)歷當(dāng)回事，隨便應(yīng)付，而另一些人卻在簡(jiǎn)歷上下足了功夫。

　　“我很納悶，怎么來(lái)應(yīng)聘的同學(xué)全都是'官'呢?”日前來(lái)參加人才招聘會(huì)的某公司孫先生提出了質(zhì)疑。原來(lái)，一上午的時(shí)間他收到了不下百份簡(jiǎn)歷，令他瞠目結(jié)舌的是，這些應(yīng)聘者大多數(shù)都有著令人眼暈的頭銜，不是學(xué)生會(huì)的副主席就是某學(xué)生社團(tuán)的副社長(zhǎng)，最差的也是班里的學(xué)生干部。“我就不相信這個(gè)學(xué)校的畢業(yè)生人人都是學(xué)生干部。”孫先生表示，他會(huì)認(rèn)真核實(shí)這些簡(jiǎn)歷的真?zhèn)�，如果�?jiǎn)歷有假，將不會(huì)錄用。

　　在采訪中，記者了解到，給自己的簡(jiǎn)歷“充水”的同學(xué)大有人在，不過(guò)大多數(shù)人也知道這樣做不對(duì)。工商學(xué)院的隋杰告訴記者，現(xiàn)在干啥都講誠(chéng)信，可像他這樣的在四年大學(xué)生活中表現(xiàn)平平的學(xué)生，如果不在簡(jiǎn)歷上動(dòng)點(diǎn)手腳，讓自己的經(jīng)歷“輝煌”一點(diǎn)，拿什么去打動(dòng)招聘方呢?所以，他和同學(xué)們大都在簡(jiǎn)歷上下了功夫。經(jīng)過(guò)一番包裝后，隋杰變成了學(xué)校里一個(gè)學(xué)生社團(tuán)的宣傳部部長(zhǎng)，還利用寒暑假時(shí)間參加了大大小小的社會(huì)實(shí)踐，獲得各個(gè)單位的一致好評(píng)，而且還擁有了三好學(xué)生證、學(xué)校優(yōu)秀團(tuán)員證等等，甚至連不及格的幾門課程也變成了優(yōu)秀。

　　對(duì)此，大多數(shù)用人單位都表示很無(wú)奈。畢竟，這么多簡(jiǎn)歷，誰(shuí)也沒(méi)有時(shí)間和精力挨個(gè)去跟學(xué)校核實(shí)。一位招聘者表示，他愿意公平的對(duì)待每一位參加應(yīng)聘的同學(xué)，也希望他們能夠認(rèn)真、誠(chéng)實(shí)的對(duì)待這一次選擇人生的機(jī)會(huì)。

　　對(duì)于一些畢業(yè)生對(duì)待簡(jiǎn)歷不認(rèn)真乃至作假的行為，一些教育界人士表示了反對(duì)。魯東大學(xué)就業(yè)指導(dǎo)中心的一位老師認(rèn)為，求職簡(jiǎn)歷是對(duì)四年大學(xué)生活的總結(jié)，每個(gè)學(xué)生都要認(rèn)真對(duì)待。求職靠的是真才實(shí)學(xué)而不是弄虛作假，即使依靠漂亮的簡(jiǎn)歷獲得了工作，遲早是要被激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)所淘汰的。
