        1、明確你要尋求的是不是這個(gè)職位。

        只有你明白這個(gè)職位做什么,你要尋求這個(gè)職位才能突出你的經(jīng)歷。第一輪簡歷的篩選基本上是比較固定的。如果你不符合一些明確的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),只有1/3左右的公司會給予機(jī)會。

        2、簡歷的格式和外表這重要性遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超過人們預(yù)料。

        一份好的簡歷不僅有主題突出的經(jīng)歷,而且有特點(diǎn)的包裝和格式是吸引注用人單位人事經(jīng)理的主要方面之一。如果使用各種字體格式,如斜體、大寫、下劃線、首字突出、首行縮進(jìn)或尖頭等等方式,有重點(diǎn)有節(jié)奏地表達(dá)思想。有些求職者以為另類的簡歷會讓人耳目一新,所以往往追求新、廳奇的特色。除非是你尋求的'職位有些別樣,最好是在簡潔、醒目上下功夫,不要過于花哨,否則適得其反。

        3、盡可能只有一頁A4紙,最多不超過2頁。
