自我介紹最基本的要求就是"言之有物、突出個(gè)性"。網(wǎng)上流傳著很多自我介紹的模板，翻譯成中文，邏輯順序無(wú)外乎這幾點(diǎn)：

　　一、 開(kāi)場(chǎng)白，姓名，英文名，本科專業(yè)，本科學(xué)校

　　一般情況下，如果老師看出你是在背事先準(zhǔn)備好的材料，他會(huì)有意打斷你，問(wèn)一些其他的問(wèn)題，測(cè)試一下你的反應(yīng)能力，因此，自我介紹雖然可以提前準(zhǔn)備并且有模板可循，但是千萬(wàn)別完全照搬模板，要結(jié)合個(gè)人的特點(diǎn)、將自己個(gè)性化的部分融入進(jìn)去。導(dǎo)師打斷之后，提的問(wèn)題非常靈活，沒(méi)有一個(gè)具體的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，比如說(shuō)你的個(gè)人經(jīng)歷，成功經(jīng)歷，失敗經(jīng)歷，個(gè)人夢(mèng)想，讀研的計(jì)劃等等。老師建議大家關(guān)于個(gè)人的信息一定要準(zhǔn)備好，一定不要臨時(shí)去想，因?yàn)榕R時(shí)想很難組織語(yǔ)言，也很難想得完美。

　　1、英文畢竟不是咱們的母語(yǔ)，不要刻意求華麗，省的一上場(chǎng)緊張全忘記了，簡(jiǎn)單自然最好;

　　面試禮儀：于無(wú)形中增分

　　首先同學(xué)們要注意的是，第一，落落大方，不要太過(guò)緊張，不要太敏感。第二，說(shuō)話的時(shí)候語(yǔ)言簡(jiǎn)潔，口齒清楚。態(tài)度要保持自然、友善、親切、隨和。第三充滿信心，要敢于正視對(duì)方的雙眼，顯得胸有成竹，從容不迫。心理素質(zhì)不夠硬的同學(xué)，建議自己多對(duì)鏡練習(xí)，這個(gè)還是可以有改進(jìn)的，只要提前多多練習(xí)，到時(shí)就不會(huì)特別膽怯。
