　　“十二五”期間，全國(guó)電力工業(yè)投資將達(dá)到5.3萬(wàn)億元，比“十一五”增長(zhǎng)68%。電源工程建設(shè)方面，“十二五”規(guī)劃電源投資約為2.75萬(wàn)億元，占全部電力投資的52%。2015年，全國(guó)發(fā)電裝機(jī)容量將達(dá)到14.37億千瓦左右，年均增長(zhǎng)8.5%。其中，水電為2.84億千瓦，抽水蓄能4100萬(wàn)千瓦，煤電9.33億千瓦，核電4300萬(wàn)千瓦，天然氣發(fā)電3000萬(wàn)千瓦，風(fēng)電1億千瓦，太陽(yáng)能發(fā)電200萬(wàn)千瓦，生物質(zhì)能發(fā)電及其他300萬(wàn)千瓦。

　　電網(wǎng)建設(shè)方面，“十二五”規(guī)劃電網(wǎng)投資約2.55萬(wàn)億元，占電力總投資的48%。2015年全國(guó)將形成以華北、華東、華中特高壓電網(wǎng)為核心的“三縱三橫”主網(wǎng)架。錫盟、蒙西、張北、陜北能源基地通過(guò)三個(gè)縱向特高壓交流通道向華北、華東、華中地區(qū)送電，北部煤電、西南水電通過(guò)三個(gè)橫向特高壓交流通道向華北、華中和長(zhǎng)三角特高壓環(huán)網(wǎng)送電。
