1、絕無拼寫錯誤。
現(xiàn)在文字處理軟件都有拼寫檢查(SpellingCheck)，您實在沒有理由拼錯，否則雇主會覺得您連最基本的東西都不去做。因此這是完全不能容許的錯誤。
2、小心相近字。
這是拼寫檢查查不出的錯誤，要尤為小心。例如，有一位專業(yè)是經(jīng)濟學的同志，他本應寫Major：Economics(專業(yè)：經(jīng)濟學)，但卻誤寫成了Mayor：Economy，搖身一變，成了主管經(jīng)濟的市長。
3、避免明顯的語法錯誤。
這并不是說一點兒語法錯誤都沒有，因為英語畢竟不是母語，稍微有一點小錯，別人也是能夠諒解的。
4、請友人幫忙看一下。
這是非常有效的一個方法，一是從拼寫、語法、句式等方面來看，有無錯誤;二是從構(gòu)思的角度上來看，有沒有更合適、更恰當?shù)谋磉_。旁觀者清，換一個角度，別人經(jīng)常能提出一些特別好的`建議來。
5、Objective寫不寫?
有人寫，有人不寫。其實寫和不寫各有利弊。如果寫上，當然顯得目標明確，非這個行業(yè)、這個部門不可，但同時也就限制了您在別的行業(yè)發(fā)展的可能性。比如，畢業(yè)生在申請像“誠迅”一類的公司時明確寫上了所選部門，那么萬一這個部門沒有錄用您，而您又好像非這個部門不可，您就很可能失去了在“誠迅”其他部門工作的機會。但如果您什么都不寫，雇主參照您的背景和一些測試的結(jié)果也許認為您更適合別的部門，這樣您就可能獲得新的機會。通常美式簡歷的規(guī)范寫法都是不寫Objective的。
