　　M: Francis, what’s that? Francis，

　　那是什么?

　　F: Well, that is the chart showing our company’s organizational structure.

　　額，那是我們公司組織結(jié)構(gòu)的圖表。

　　M: Could you tell me something about it?

　　你可以告訴我一些關(guān)于這方面的'情況嗎?

　　F: Ok. On the top, Mr. Thomas, the managing director, is responsible for running the company.

　　好的。在上面，常務(wù)董事，Thomas先生，負(fù)責(zé)公司的運作。

　　M: How many departments do we have?

　　我們有多少個部門?

　　F: Four. They are production department, finance department, sales and marketing department and HR department. I directly report to Mr. White. He is on a business trip and is suppose to be back this morning. Probably you will be meeting him at lunch.
