原始資料、原始記錄、流水賬 Sources, records of prime entry 一、原始資料 Source documents 會(huì)計(jì)最基本的職能是記錄企業(yè)的.交易事項(xiàng)，這些交易事項(xiàng)在英文里統(tǒng)稱為transactions;而所有的transactions 都必須以特定的原始交易憑證、交易記錄為依據(jù)。這些原始交易憑證記錄，就是transaction 的source documents。Source documents可以細(xì)分為很多類，
比如： Sales order 銷售訂單。
Purchase order 采購(gòu)訂單。
Goods received note 收貨單。
Goods dispatched note 發(fā)貨單(亦作Goods delivery note)。
Invoice 發(fā)票，
receipt收據(jù)(在大部分的西方國(guó)家，
invoice和receipt并沒有太大差別，而在中國(guó)，由于稅務(wù)條例特別規(guī)定了發(fā)票和收據(jù)的使用及管理，使得發(fā)票和收據(jù)有著本質(zhì)的差別，因此也要特別注意invoice和receipt的使用并在必要時(shí)加以說明)。
Statement 各類對(duì)賬單聲明、證明文件等。比如bank statement 銀行對(duì)賬單，
customer statement 客戶聲明，
accounts receivables statement 應(yīng)收賬款對(duì)賬單;supplier statement 供應(yīng)商聲明，
accounts payables statement 應(yīng)付賬款對(duì)賬單等。
