Congratulations to the People’s Republic of China on the 60th anniversary of its founding. In the last 30 years, China has undergone an extraordinary economic transformation, lifting millions of people out of poverty. This is truly an extraordinary and historic accomplishment.

祝賀中華人民共和國(guó)成立六十周年。在過(guò)去三十年里，中國(guó)經(jīng)歷了一場(chǎng)不尋常的的經(jīng)濟(jì)變革，讓無(wú)數(shù)人擺脫了貧困。這真是非凡和歷史性的`成就。

We are also pleased that this year marks the 30th anniversary of U.S.-PRC diplomatic relations. As President Obama said, history has shown that our two countries benefit from engagement that is grounded in mutual interest and respect. I am pleased that today we are working hard to build the kind of positive, cooperative and comprehensive relationship that reflects the deepening ties between our people and that will allow us to realize the common interests of our two nations.

我們也很高興今年是美國(guó)與中華人民共和國(guó)外交關(guān)系建立三十周年。正如歐巴馬總統(tǒng)所說(shuō)，歷史已經(jīng)表明，我們兩國(guó)從基于共同利益和尊重的接觸中受益。我很高興現(xiàn)在我們正努力建設(shè)一種積極，合作和全面的、體現(xiàn)我們的人民之間日益加深的聯(lián)系以及讓我們實(shí)現(xiàn)兩國(guó)共同利益的關(guān)系。
