　　外國人來華邀請函辦理流程:

　　1、各邀請單位需明確邀請外國人的法律責任，并詳細真實地準備好全部材料，《外國人入境審批表》需公司法人本人簽名并蓋公章。

　　2、邀請單位持《外國人入境審批表》和相關(guān)文件到所在鎮(zhèn)(街)政府審批，一般是通過鎮(zhèn)(街)的外經(jīng)辦(局)報送該鎮(zhèn)(街)主管外經(jīng)的鎮(zhèn)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)審批。如獲批準，鎮(zhèn)(街)主管領(lǐng)導(dǎo)需在《外國人入境審批表》加具意見和簽名，并加蓋鎮(zhèn)政府公章。

　　3、經(jīng)過所在鎮(zhèn)(街)政府審批后，把上述全部材料提交至市外事局簽證科，市外事局簽證科會根據(jù)團組的.具體實際情況按照省外辦要求進行材料審核，填妥《邀請確認函》，函請省外辦審發(fā)。

　　4、省外辦在收到報送材料后，在規(guī)定的工作日內(nèi)審發(fā)《邀請確認函》，并將《邀請確認函》寄回市外事局;

　　5.邀請單位通過我局網(wǎng)站公布的辦理結(jié)果，前往市外事局簽證科免費領(lǐng)取《邀請確認函》原件，并通過正確的方式轉(zhuǎn)交申請人，在其申辦簽證時使用。
