2016年國(guó)際青年日主題是什么意思
最近，游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)員傅園慧一句“已經(jīng)盡了洪荒之力”瞬間走紅，讓大家忽然間意識(shí)到，享受運(yùn)動(dòng)才是奧運(yùn)真正的內(nèi)涵。其實(shí)，在如今的年輕一代中，像傅園慧一樣的“洪荒青年”并不在少數(shù)，他們?cè)诟髯缘念I(lǐng)域中發(fā)光發(fā)熱，努力挑戰(zhàn)自我，無(wú)論是事業(yè)，還是愛好，他們都用心且盡心。也許有時(shí)候，你會(huì)覺得他們的行為有些荒誕，有些無(wú)厘頭，但這又何妨?我們正青春，不是嗎?這些“洪荒”青年們正在用自己的方式向世界吶喊“年輕真好”!國(guó)際青年日，致青年，致青春!
青年是社會(huì)發(fā)展的主力軍，年輕人的身影出現(xiàn)在科技、環(huán)保、教育等所有重要領(lǐng)域內(nèi)，并肩負(fù)越來(lái)越重大的社會(huì)責(zé)任。聯(lián)合國(guó)大會(huì)于1999年通過決議，將每年8月12日確定為國(guó)際青年日。今年國(guó)際青年日的主題是“通往2030年之路：消除貧困，實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)消費(fèi)和生產(chǎn)”，強(qiáng)調(diào)年輕人在人類社會(huì)努力實(shí)現(xiàn)減貧、可持續(xù)發(fā)展等目標(biāo)的過程中所發(fā)揮的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)作用。
�、�2015年10月7日，在希臘東北部萊斯沃斯島，青年志愿者把一名乘小艇而來(lái)的阿富汗兒童救上岸。

The world’s young people – who make up the largest generation of youth in history – can lead a global drive to break the patterns of the past and set the world on course to a more sustainable future. Young people are directly affected by the tragic contradictions that prevail today: between abject poverty and ostentatious wealth, gnawing hunger and shameful food waste, rich natural resources and polluting industries. Youth can deliver solutions on these issues, which lie at the heart of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
當(dāng)今的世界青年是歷史上人數(shù)最多的一代青年，他們能領(lǐng)導(dǎo)開展一場(chǎng)全球運(yùn)動(dòng)，以打破過去的模式，使世界走向更可持續(xù)的未來(lái)。目前普遍存在著可悲的矛盾：有些人一貧如洗，有些人卻有著炫目的財(cái)富;有些人在經(jīng)歷著不堪忍受的饑餓，有些人卻在可恥地浪費(fèi)糧食;有些地區(qū)有著豐富的自然資源，有些地區(qū)卻存在污染性工業(yè)。而年輕人直接受著這些矛盾的影響。青年能執(zhí)行這些問題的解決辦法，而這些解決辦法正是《2030年可持續(xù)發(fā)展議程》的核心所在。
In this first year of that15-year plan for a healthier, safer and more just future, we count on the active engagement of the world’s young people to transform the production and consumption of goods and services so they meet the basic needs and aspirations of the world’s poorest people without overburdening already strained ecosystems.
在這一推動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)更健康、更安全和更公正未來(lái)的15年計(jì)劃的第一年，我們希望世界青年積極參與改變物品和服務(wù)的生產(chǎn)和消費(fèi)，使它們滿足世界最貧窮的人的基本需要和愿望，同時(shí)又不使已遭受很大壓力的生態(tài)系統(tǒng)負(fù)擔(dān)過重。
Young people are traditionally at the cutting edge, and today’s youth have more information than any previous generation. Their dynamism, creativity and idealism can combine to shape attitudes toward demand and help create more sustainable industries.
青年傳統(tǒng)上處于時(shí)代的最前沿，而當(dāng)今的青年擁有比以往任何一代人更多的信息。他們的活力、創(chuàng)造力和理想主義可合在一起，引導(dǎo)形成對(duì)需求的.態(tài)度，幫助創(chuàng)造更可持續(xù)的產(chǎn)業(yè)。
Youth are already influencing how the world produces, distributes and consumes while driving green entrepreneurship by designing sustainable products and services. As conscious consumers, young people are at the forefront of a shift toward more fair, equitable and sustainable buying patterns. Youth are strong and effective advocates of recycling, reusing and limiting waste, and they are leading technological innovations to foster a resource-efficient economy.
青年已在影響世界的生產(chǎn)、分配和消費(fèi)方式，同時(shí)通過設(shè)計(jì)可持續(xù)的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)，正在推動(dòng)綠色創(chuàng)業(yè)。青年作為有意識(shí)的消費(fèi)者，走在向更公正、更公平、更可持續(xù)的購(gòu)買模式轉(zhuǎn)變的最前列。青年是再循環(huán)、再利用、減少?gòu)U物的強(qiáng)有力的有效倡導(dǎo)者，他們正在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)技術(shù)革新，促進(jìn)節(jié)約資源的經(jīng)濟(jì)。
When we invest in youth, they can contribute to new markets, decent jobs, fair trade, sustainable housing, sustainable transport and tourism, and more opportunities that benefit the planet and people.
當(dāng)我們投資于青年時(shí)，他們就能促進(jìn)新的市場(chǎng)、體面的就業(yè)、公平的貿(mào)易、可持續(xù)住房、可持續(xù)的交通運(yùn)輸和旅游，幫助創(chuàng)造出更多造福地球和人民的機(jī)會(huì)。
I am proud that the United Nations is actively engaged in supporting young leaders who can carry out the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including Goal 12on sustainable consumption and production patterns. I encourage all young people to become involved in advancing theSDGsand demanding action by their Governments. My Youth Envoy is eager to connect you to our campaigns, which are being carried out across the entire United Nations system.

On International Youth Day, I urge others to join this global push for progress. Let us empower young people with the resources, backing and space they need to create lasting change in our world.
值此國(guó)際青年日，我敦促其他方面加入進(jìn)來(lái)，共同推動(dòng)取得進(jìn)步。讓我們向青年提供他們需要的資源、支持和空間，增強(qiáng)其權(quán)能，在我們的世界上創(chuàng)造持久的變革。
