2017考研英語語言能力如何提高

　　由于考研只考閱讀和寫作，所以這里的語言能力，主要是單詞和句子的能力，這個方面所花的時間會比較長一些：

　　首先，單詞的能力

　　單詞記憶肯定是需要記憶方法的，通過記憶方法能快速的記住單詞的字典含義;但記住單詞的字典含義只是第一步，更重要的是注意在語境中調整和賦予這個單詞更準確和通順的語境含義，以幫助我們更貼切的理解文章。

　　比如：1. rested with 字典含義：取決于...(很多同學甚至是不知道這個短語的字典含義的)

　　Copyright rested with the journal publisher.，and researchers seeking knowledge of the results would have to subscribe to the journal.

　　在這個句子中根據(jù)語境：版權屬于期刊的出版者;

　　2.entail 字典含義是：使蒙受，使產生;必須，使承擔;

　　Deliberate practice entails more than simply repeating a task. Rather, it involves setting specific goals, obtaining immediate feedback and concentrating as much on technique as on outcome.

　　這句中的entails= involves.

　　(這句把并列連詞省略了補全是：

　　Deliberate practice entails more than… and it involves…)

　　3. substantial 字典含義：大量的;結實的，牢固的;重大的

　　Genetically speaking, there are advantages to avoiding substantial height.

　　從基因的角度來講，避免長的“太”高是有好處的。就把substantial理解為一個程度詞即可。

　　4. adding to 字典含義是：增加，添加

　　Adding to a woman’s increased dose of stress chemicals, are her increased “opportunities” for stress.

　　這句話的結構是：Adding to A is( are) B =B is (are) adding to A

　　A = a woman’s increased dose of stress chemicals

　　B= her opportunities for stress

　　在理解的時候，最好就理解為：除了A 還有B;這樣更能理解深層含義。

　　5.flap 字典的含義是：上下或左右移動、擺動;輕拍;振翅而飛;爭論<口>焦慮;

　　公眾的.批評，群眾憤怒;

　　在這個句子中：The flap over rap is not making life any easier for him.

　　關于饒舌音樂的(焦慮)爭論并沒有讓他的日子變得輕松一點。

　　根據(jù)文章后文內容是可以靈活理解的。 當然在翻譯題目中一般出現(xiàn)這樣的短語就是硬傷了。

　　6. allow for sth ：字典含義：在計算，估計，考慮時包括某人

　　Supporters of the new super systems argue that these mergers will allow for substantial cost reductions and better coordinated service.

　　Allow for =bring about 帶來

　　新的超級系統(tǒng)的支持者認為，這些合并將帶來費用的大幅降低和更協(xié)調的服務。

　　從以上的例子中，我們確實可以看出字典是不可能涵蓋單詞的所有語境含義的，在理解單詞在句中含義的時候一定要根據(jù)語境調整。而這種賦意的過程其實就是所謂的語感。只能通過相對大量的閱讀才能形成的能力，這種能力我們從去年9月就開始引導同學們培養(yǎng)了。

　　同時，正是這種語境含義的出現(xiàn)使得兩個在字典含以上不太可能相等的單詞成為了一組可相互替換的單詞：

　　比如：

　　1. Thinking ability = critical thinking = creative=innovation

　　2. popular culture= common culture

　　3. cultural power= assimilating power

　　4. prevent (同意替換)=hinder= refrain= deter(同意替換)

　　5.apprehension = worry

　　6. visualize=imagine=conceive

　　7. mechanical = unchanged

　　8. Modify=change

　　9. spontaneity= informal

　　10. mind= people

　　11. faith=confidence=assertiveness

　　12. accumulation= expansion

　　13.suit = enable (同意替換)= entail

　　14. dismiss 斥責= rebuke=criticize

　　15.tap 開發(fā) tap themarket = explore the market = expand the market

　　16. not nearly = far from

　　而這些正是考點之所在，得分點之所在�？键c會重復，可以通過平時積累考點，也就是從真題中把這些同意替換總結出來背誦，隨著你模糊識意能力的提高，即使在考場上遇到了不認識的替換也能推斷的出來。
