外企最常問的10大問題

　　外企面試通常包括三輪：第一輪面試一般由公司人力資源部的人員擔任考官;第二輪面試一般由用人部門的主管或經(jīng)理主持;如果有必要的話，應聘者還要參加由公司高層管理者擔任主考官的第三輪面試。

　　1、簡單提及應聘者目前所在公司的缺陷，譬如缺乏晉升機會、沒有進一步發(fā)展的空間等，但要注意點到為止。然后應重點強調(diào)所應聘公司的.優(yōu)勢，如企業(yè)文化、規(guī)模、名譽、培訓機會等。

　　對于職業(yè)規(guī)劃的問題，應聘者可以從以下兩方面來組織回答。

　　1、為自己設置一個目標或規(guī)定一個發(fā)展方向。應該注意的一點是：所設置的目標一定是可以實現(xiàn)的，而非虛無縹緲的幻想。

　　2、以實例闡述自己將如何實現(xiàn)這一目標，如參加培訓、向同事學習等。回答問題時應突出自己積極向上的心態(tài)，并充分使用例證使自己的回答具有說服力。
