        一、教學目標:

      what day is it today?-優(yōu)質(zhì)課教學設計

        1、知識目標:能夠認讀、掌握、靈活運用本單元所學的單詞和句型:序數(shù)詞、月份、星期、描寫天氣的五個形容詞;What day is it ?It is Monday.

        When is it ? It is_____. How ’s the weather today?It is _________.

        2、能力目標:培養(yǎng)學生聽、說、讀、寫、用能力。能夠把所學單詞和句型靈活運用到日常口語交流中。

        3、情感目標:營造和諧的課堂氛圍。培養(yǎng)學生敢于開口說英語的積極性。

        二、重點、難點:

        單詞:序數(shù)詞、描寫天氣的形容詞

        句型: What day is it ?It’s _______.When is it ?It’s _______ How’stheweathertoday ?It’s ________.

        三. 教具:單詞和句型卡片、單詞和句型的幻燈片、錄音機、磁帶、掛圖等。

        四.教學過程:

        Step1:

        (1)、Greeting:

        T:Hello!Boys and girls!Are you happy ?

        (2)、引入課題:

        Step 2:Reviewthedaysandthemonths.

        教師讓全班學生一起讀一遍星期的單詞。

        (2)、教師接著提問,進入月份的知識。

        T: Which month is it now ?

        C: October.Very good !

        T: Can you say the months from January to April ?

        C: Yes. ______________.

        T: Who can say the months from May to August ?

        S1:________________.

        T: Who can say the months from September to December ?

        S1: ______________.

        接著,教師讓學生看著月份的幻燈片,一個接一個地朗讀一遍月份的單詞。

        Step 3:Reviewthe ordinal numbers.

        (1)、Play a game :“ Find your friends ”.

        教師讓12個學生拿著1到12的序數(shù)詞卡片站到教室前面,卡片面向其他的學生(序數(shù)詞的順序要打亂)。然后,讓另外12個學生拿著1到12的基數(shù)詞卡片到教室前面去找相對應的序數(shù)詞卡片。讓拿著一對詞的卡片的學生站到一起,讓學生按順序站好并讀出1到12的基數(shù)詞和序數(shù)詞。(同時,教師要隨時進行評價和糾正。)然后讓學生都回到自己的`座位上。

        (2)、教師展示序數(shù)詞的幻燈片。給學生總結一下基數(shù)詞變序數(shù)詞的規(guī)律。可以展示一個小Chant來說明。(First, second, third, 特殊記,-th 從four 起,eight 加 –h, nine去 e, 拿來f 代 ve,ty 變成 tie. )

        (3)、提問:

        T:What day is today ?

        C:Today isThursday,Apriltwenty-fourth.

        T:What day was yesterday ?

        C:It wasWednesday,Apriltwenty-third.

        T:What day is tomorrow ?

        C:It isFriday, Apriltwenty-fifth.

        提問這幾個問題時,如果學生回答不順利,可讓他們進行討論,然后再繼續(xù)回答。

        Step 4:Review six festivals.

        展示六個節(jié)日的幻燈片。進行提問:

        T: When is New Year’s Day ?

        S1

        T: When is Children’s Day ?

        S2:

        T: IsSpringFestival in March or April ?

        S3:

        Step 5:Reviewphrasesaboutweather.

        (1)、教師利用當天的天氣進行提問:

        T:How’s the weather today ?

        C:It’ssunnyandwindy.

        (2)、教師展示關于五種天氣狀況的多個圖片的幻燈片。進行提問:

        T: ( Point to the picture of cloudy.)Is it sunny ?

        S1: No, it’s cloudy.

        T: ( Point to the picture of rainy.)How’s the weather ?

        S2: It’s rainy.

        T: (Point to the picture of snowy.)Is this a rainy day ?

        S3: No, it’s a snowy day.

        T: (Point to the picture of windy.)Is this a cloudy day ?

        S4: No, it’s a windy day.

        T: (Point to the picture of sunny.)How’s the weather ?

        C: It’s sunny.

        T: Very good !

        接著,教師再強調(diào)一下這五個描寫天氣的形容詞是在名詞的后面加上y 構成的。注意 sunny 的不同。然后讓學生朗讀單詞。

        Step 6:ClassClosing.

        Home work:Do the weather forecast record for one week.
